Jungle

The Jungle pattern collection explores the relationship between tropical vegetation and the mammals that inhabit the jungle through a reinterpretation of various classic pattern motifs. During the design process, I depicted nature’s rich wildlife in my own illustrative style, while applying the compositional principles of traditional patterns such as Toile de Jouy, Ogee, Paisley, Millefleur, and Camouflage. Each pattern has its own distinct rhythm and visual character, yet together they form a cohesive collection that evokes the jungle’s diversity, complexity, and constant change.
